Oven-roasted Kale

Great way to enjoy this leafy vegetable! Crisp and flavored with your favorite spices!


1 bunch kale
olive oil
garlic powder
onion powder
(feel free to add any other spices you may desire!)
baking sheet

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Wash kale thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Ripping from the stem, kale should be made into bite-size pieces.
4. Place kale on baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on top.
5. Using a spoon, mix the kale and olive oil together to make sure each piece is coated.
6. Add garlic and onion powders and mix thoroughly. Don’t worry about the pieces overlapping on the baking sheet; the kale will shrink as it bakes.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, making sure to stir every 5 minutes or so.
